Sometimes we want to know that our day made sense, that it meant something. That our life has a meaning. So when the day ends, we think about the things we did, achieved, the way we took another step towards something. We analyze and worry, and feel there is no room for anything else. But, if we asked one innocent question: “Did I love today”, perhaps everything would change.
We may feel good about it, however… often there is a quiet voice that is whispering in our minds and hearts. Its quiet voice says that perhaps we still did not feel complete. The achievements show up, successes shine, yet we remain empty inside, not in peace in the sphere of a truly meaningful day.
But, what if at the end of your day you asked yourself a different question. Not about things and achievements, which are obviously important, but about something invisible: the feeling of love. The quiet inner power behind everything that matters in our world and lives.

If I felt love, my day was meaningful, and everything else would be a wonderful addition. It makes a life fully meaningful, when you love. It is the source of meaning and true value. You cannot fake love, and the presence of it helps you see everything else differently.
The inner emptiness
If by the end of a day, you feel empty on the inside, lonely and sad, and the answer to your question “Did I love today?” is negative, do not despair. It is a wonderful place to start. Knowledge of it marks a starting point, of a new exciting journey. Where to? to a very different experience of life. true love always starts within, and radiates to the outside later, other people, nature and events.
Love helps you evaluate everything else
Through this feeling everything else shows its true colors. The value is so string, that things we cherished previously may stop being so important. Moreover, this feeling helps you go through life, as everything gains massive meaning. This is the true meaning of life!
